Infinite Joy

White foam chuckling through green hills
reddish glow of sun in transient blue sky.
as hourglass sand drips grain by grain
churning the beach, a wind blusters by.

Whistling melodies of love and laughter
a whispering promise smells like rain .
that happy ending of a romantic novel.
 heartbeats repeating again and again.

Perfect paradise of uncharted tomorrow
I can hear sound of roots breaking a seed
brittle autumn leaves , no tears of sorrow,
no life of stress, no desire to succeed.

The dew disappears in morning light
love fleeting off, no one loses or wins,
a flame flickers ...death in blueberry night
a serene sleep ends,... infinite joy begins.
