Indigo Bunting

indigo bunting sits on aluminum rail... confusion_plastic
At a feed and seed store, I saw this what I thought was an Indigo Bunting.. We see them rarely around here and usually the sightings are very fast and fleeting.. This one was just sitting on this what looked somewhat like a TV antenna but it was not more than five foot tall(the antenna)..In my head, I was trying to figure this out then the bird just kept staying there and not moving..I was thinking this is really strange..When my husband got back in the truck, I said look at the Indigo Bunting just sitting there and not flying away..He drove down closer so we could see and it was plastic..

I would be so disappointed to find it plastic. Good writing though.
