In the Wild

Hungry for this
Hungry for that
Hunted for bear
Hunted for cat

Have you ever hunted
Because of your need
Have you ever hunted
Just so you can feed

Have lived in the bush
And lived in the city
I love the bush
More than the city

I live in the wild
Cause the city seems lame
Give a bow to this child
So I can get us some game

I hunt with bows
And everyone knows
A gun seems unfair
Unless there’s a bear

I do have a gun
But I don’t use it much
I shoot it for fun
And have the right touch

If you use weapons wisely
You know how things go
If you use them unwisely
You just never know

If I shoot a gun
Then I never miss
Even targets that run
I will leave you with this
