In the Sun
Today I Stopped to Notice
Some Flowers down the Way,
They Were More than Beautiful,
Their Fragrance Lit up My Day.
They've Been There for Sometime
I Know this to Be True,
I Wonder Why I Noticed?
It must Be Thoughts of You
Your Love Makes Me Appreciate
Things Not Seen Before,
There Is More to Life and Living
Since You Opened up the Door.
The Door Was to Your Heart,
You Said, " Come on In.
My Heart's Been Badly Broken,
But with You it May Just Mend."
That's Just the Way It's Been
Together We Are One,
You Love Me...I Love You,
Together....We Are One
