In the Name of Jesus
I hear the name everywhere I go
It refreshes and cleans my soul
The sound of it gives us new life
It rids us of pain and strife
Every letter makes us take deep breathes to ventilate our minds
That name alone heals the sick and maimed; gives vision to the blind
Helps us to cultivate something beyond our fate
It teaches us love and never to hate
My Lord and Savior humble and true it is your love that I pursue
Peace is your outstretched arm
Your name alone protects us and keeps us from harm
We are all sinners seeking forgiveness
My Lord is Mercy, forgiveness and goodness
Thank you Lord for choosing me
Your love brings me to my knees
Above this world and the universe
There is a name I love above all, Jesus
The name I love Father God, Jesus, Jesus
Jesus the Nazarene
Jesus the King of Kings
