Notes About The Poem

Infinitian

This form consists of eight lines of single syllable words reducing line by line from 8-1 (8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1) with an acrostic down the side.

In the End Love Wins

Love is what makes the world go round
One needs love more than they need
Vain lies, high hopes or dreams.
Each heart craves more than
Words in a vow
It wants to
Not feel
Sad.

This poem is beautifully arranged for this form Emile, with acrostic making it more difficult. I am convinced you can write in any form now. Kudos! Connie #7

Thanks Connie, the different, more difficult forms, are a good way to exercise the brain, as always I appreciate your kind comments and encouraging remarks. Emile.
