In the Dark of Night

Sun sets and life begins to ease
The curtains closes on cue
Everything goes down 
As we do

Life darkens
and our lives begin in shade
Dreaming of what we have done
And ambitions we've made

We are always promised tomorrow
For their is always another sunset
Always another day we rise

So we thank life
For waking us up
To another day we survive
