In the Dark
It is when it is dark
That I know i'm alone
Like walking into the house
When nobody is home
The yelling doesn't stop
I'm just begging for silence
They lock themselves away
In a place where I can't be
Even when I've done nothing wrong
The problem is always me
Now I sit in the dark
All on my own
To revel in the silence
Now that I'm alone
