In the Arms of Jah

Here up and down, and up……and down I gaze. The rain has fallen, the ground is still dry. The words were spoken, the ground is still dry. I was deceived by the innocent appearance of my youth! I spent my early life at YOLO the Cliché, My heart clung to the impossible hope. My eye descends the rain of impossible hope. My face is rugged like a desert which I want to desert! My sin stained garment is now a bumba clat, Spiritually I can see the blood trail of Jah on the floor, Spiritually I can see His wound oozing blood to the floor. My heart is torn apart, the river bed of the river Jordan is thick with ooze but still I’m longing for a promise land. Here I am Lord take me as I am Lord, I’ve seen how this land lies , in your arm Lord I wanna lie!
