In Search of You

Still I trudge on to find you. Still I search desperately to see you. Still I hope uselessly to be near you. Still I wander aimlessly in search of you. I hold my heart out to you. Praying to all who care, I pray that whoever is up there Will carefully watch over you. You are so beautiful to me. Everyday I miss you more and more. Everything with you is so mystic. Everything you do is poetry. And yet....... Still I trudge on to find you. Still I search desperately to see you. Still I hope uselessly to be near you. Still I wander aimlessly in search of you. Waiting has never been so difficult. I'm pondering what you'll be like this time. How will I know when it is you? How will I know it is you I am looking at? What should I do just wait here for you And hope that you'll see me for all that I am? And pray that you find me beautifully planned. As I keep going I may never stop. And yet.... Still I trudge on to find you. Still I search desperately to see you. Still I hope uselessly to be near you. Still I wander aimlessly in search of you. One of these days I will find you You'll whisk me far, far away. When we reach our destination that's where we will stay. You'll be with me and I'll be with you. Still I trudge on to find you.
