In Search of the Soul

He kept on burning papers, old shoes,
wood, and stones, waiting to see what
remained of them; he always came up
with the same answer; "Nothing".

He studied about the world, and realized
it had an age of destruction and rebirth,
written down in various sacred texts
of different cultures of a remote past

He also studied about stars, and realized
they all had an end, after lighting up the
space darkness for eons.

The Soul was still invisible from him.....
