In Search of Peace
On the shore the sea grass waves
As the salty ocean breezes blow
Taking away the troubles of the day
Breathing slowly as worries go away.
Watching the starry sky ‘fore dawn
As the nite makes way for the sun
To take the dew from off the earth
Preparing for a new day of rebirth.
Does peace come from the scenes
That Mother Nature paints for us
Or from a peace within our soul,
HIS peace that will make us whole.
