As you laid there I could see it in your stare It was his turn to take you And our time to share So I did what was in my power To keep you just one hour So others could devour A bit more time with you You died there in my arms I kissed your face so warm Reassured you of no harm And watched as you took your last shallow breath Missed you certainly are Remembered you will be forever When we look at the stars We know you are watching over Tanner Lee Salmon RIP #82
