In Memory of You
As quick as the rocket launches into space
This life cannot be replaced.
Like a dream but yet a nightmare
The tears we all seem to share.
We still sit here wishing this is not real.
We can’t tell the rain from the sounds of our cries
Were still wondering why you had to die.
knowing you had such a great heart.
Still wishing you did not depart.
Wishing you could make us laugh one more time.
Wishing u could hear me say this line.
Your heart is that gold.
Your heart is more than what is told
Its the feeling u gave us
You gave us your best.
Your heart is that rainbow after the rain dies down.
Your heart is the moment in that sound.
Your heart is more than what can be defined.
Your heart will always stay within mine.
But now in heaven, where every hurt and curse is erased.
You’re now in that perfect place
No tears, just happiness hopefully its the best.
You’re probably playing cards with angels right now
Let me guess u won somehow?
Basically what I’m trying to say
We will meet u up there someday.
