In Memory of Sherpherd

Oh, how I remember my great friend My heart laments for Shepherd, like a harp and my innermost being, for his life For I have looked and I have seen I beheld with my own eyes In Shepherd a.k.a Mshepo A glimpse of a light so great Yes the promise, of exceedingly better things to come In the days apportioned us together I looked at the garden that was Mshepo and perceived in my heart A fertile and fruitful field That was to be accounted as forest And whose fruits, Are for the prosperity of this nation In this day of adversity we are drenched with tears And our shouts of joy stilled For all the sons we've lost Who were like chaff in a whirlwind all wiped away in a moment The fat of our nations is wasting away The waters are drying up the grass is withering and the vegetation is scorched and soon nothing green will be left Now with this I cousel you Let us all come unto Christ Our refuge from the storm
