In Loving Care

The news I heard today was very hard to take

And It set me back a ways

And if you ask me how I am

Well I’ve seen better days

Now I’m aware that we weren’t promised

Care free and happy day’s

But it causes me to wonder

Why troubles come in waves

It’s like I conquer one thing

And turn around to see

Another wolf is at my door

And it’s here to torment me

The good book says that he would not

Send more than I can bare

And that I need never fear

For he is always there

Even when we cannot see him

And we think he’s unaware

Just rest assured he’s ever present

Watching you in loving care
