In Love With Love

Been in love with love all my life
A sloppy old geezer for sure
No choice in the matter, it's how I roll
It appears there's no known cure

If there was, I wouldn't want it anyway
Like a pill at the local drug store
I'm in love with love, have always been
The emotion I totally adore

Some folks I've met know what I'm saying
We've travelled the same bumpy road
So rewarding but when that ONE comes along
Your life literally starts to glow

Guess you could call me a sloppy old geezer
I'm actually proud of the name
Always prided myself as a loving individual
That's sure not about to change
