The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

In Honor of the Earth

The globe doth spin, as we walk perpendicular.
I find, this fact, indeed this most peculiar.
Stammering, stuttering we yammer about fixing the earth!
Yet read the poetry, full of how, "it does not work".
Perhaps we should all look in the  mirror and wonder why,
The universe outshines our peevish, constant complaints and cries.
How ungrateful many nations be, wanting to control our freedoms and chosen, individual destinies.
The genuine individual is insulted, scoffed at, or not recognized at all.
Just the sheep, who follow lead shepherds, get acknowledgement
at all.

Its always easy to blame someone else and not ourselves. You're right, we should look in the mirror sometimes and ask ourselves are we doing enough or are we going to let others lead the way. I've been called lots of things, never a sheep. Tom

The Blame Game is in full force rifght now. Like a train~ powerful and loud. Of course, since history began we have have good and oddball leaders. When you are a leader, prepare to have manny attempt to shut your mouth. )) it's the name of the game. Inner Peace, 2021. Pangie

Panagiota, Never change your message, never let them change you. I believe in tomorrow, and I believe in you. 'Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.' Luke 10:3 -Richard

A total joy to see you again with a brilliant response, as is with your verses. Big hugs for believing in me. Better yet in a tomorrow that you create with your own hands not dweebsish losers posing as leaders. I have met real leaders. They uplift people not scare them, as is now. Have been blessed by the Karmapa of Tibet( a reincarnation of the Dalai lLama.)Wonderful. You should taste fruit he blesses. Met Buckmuster Fuller, architect. Actors and actresses and Roger Ebert, Film critic. All shared a great quality, humility~ writers, also. Am in three novels. A blessed life. And must add you to the list. Your quote is spot on and deeply appreciated. Panagiota
