In gold

As soon as I seen your eyes I knew It was game
Staring into my soul took hours before I asked your name
came off as something cold so feeling I’m chilly
Just say the word and I’m coming to your city
What you promised me was different
Said I was off but I was so consistent
Said you was done no love it was old
Just know if it wasn’t for you wouldn’t be getting it in gold
