In Conversation With a Man
In Conversation with a Man
When you lean in so your voice will be heard
If a man’s in the crowd he won’t hear a word
His mind and his eyes will be focused elsewhere
To the buttons or neck of the blouse that you wear
If you raise your voice, say your eyes are up here
He might for a moment be thinking more clear
But if it’s a subject for which he’s well versed
His eyes and his mind will shift back to the first
So what does a woman when talking to guys
Do to refocused his low focused eyes
If she just turns away, to be perfectly clear
His mind will refocus on her departing rear
Maybe that’s why so many now text
For even a guy waits to see what comes next
