Am still reading "Team of Rivals"

lincoln in carriage
while weaving through carnage
from wide plains to ridge

Each Wide plain and ridge
appeared to be battle sites.

Chastise and Have a Compromise

after many tries
when bother and then chastise
seeking compromise
