In Being Happy
Life does be a pain, life does be hard
Yet, I do find my happiness amidst its ways
Why, blissful does be the Holy Word
Reading the Holy Books does be for me, as good as plays
Lost and even drowning do I let myself be in their meaning
Life does be made of a good side also
Even if most of the time, it does end up in sorrow
See, the comfort the family gives
To be surrounded around a hot meal does be a blessing
As does be to be cared and loved for, such does give me a glow
My happiness does also be derived from my own creativity
How blissful, how enticing, how blessed
Pray, my muse does give my own love back to me,
He does love me as much as I do love him
Even more pleasure do I derive when my craft does be appreciated
My soul does feel content when I do fulfill my duty
Indeed, only after having done same do I relax, all content
If not, my inner being does dance in anguished torment
My duty, my drive, my own mission in this world worth an absurdity
Indeed, without it, I would just be a sunken ship, one so ghostly
Pray, the world does be a place so senseless
Yet, should you live your life with good faith, you shall find happiness
Like me, in trivial and tiny things
Like being grateful for the little amount of comfort that does be ascribed to you
Pray, like being nice, for your journey here shall last only for a time!
