In A Moment Of Doubt
There are so many things in life that CAN bring you down,
But is there ever a value to feeling that way?
It’s HOW we handle something that makes us smile or frown.
It’s important to have a positive thought each day.
I have no doubt that everyone needs to vent or cry,
If for no other reason than to let emotions out.
But, more often than not, you don’t even have to try
To find a positive note in a moment of doubt.
Whether in person, by phone, or in your own mind,
Those that care about you will always be around.
A positive thought is the easiest thing to find.
No matter where you are, in your heart is where it’s found.
If there’s something about you that you don’t like at all,
You alone have to make the decision to change it.
Ask others around you for help in times you DO fall,
And remember that everyone falls a little bit.
Make very small changes in your daily routine
To amend the things that YOU consider problems.
Then, set into motion a path that you have foreseen
And you will always be one step ahead of them.
