In a Field of Flowers

In a field of flowers
I could sit for hours
As I watch the sun beam down
With its golden rays of light
Softly playing upon
The dew kissed ground
While the birds fly by
Singing lullabies
That only they know the words to

Butterflies are all aflutter
In a field full of color
While bumble bees buzz by
To the sweet smell of nectar
Oh, how I could sit for hours
In a field of flowers!
