In a different time in a different place
I can see a smile on our face
I see an projection of how love is meant to be
It wasn't as described
but simply you and me
our personalities colliding to become we
our differences are our amusement
and our similarities are our harmony
Its as if I am to you are as you are to me
my gratitude is a mere representation of the compassion I feel when your by me
the future is our reality and the present is our mentality
I have regrettably come to realize
I am not who is he
and whats best will not always be
I am so happy to be with you and have nothing but appreciation
when I think of what you mean to me
you are everything of what a good person should be
your lovely, beautiful, and inspiring
I cant stress enough this is tough
I can't say the word
but I know it's true
all I can assure you is
that I will always see you in a different time in a different place
as one who has a smile on their face
