Impress Me

This I shall do in time with a rhyme impress me you say
But I say nay
Who is to say what will impress the mighty poet master reads
As if we could all impress you as you wish with a click
Then it would not be as hard or to quick with all this wit
But I will try with all my might 
I will give it a good fight
As I try to impress you with all that I have I come up short
I must report it is where I fall I thought I would stand tall
When put on the spot I can not
This I must admit is where I bow out
For I have just blow my spout
