My God is a big God
Nothing is too hard for Him
He saved me from religion
And washed me of my sin.

He has saved me from my striving
To be the best I can
Working out salvation
Impossible for man.

This is a great poem, timely message too. religion can be a scape goat to doing the will of God. No amount of effort or good works on our part can work for salvation that free gift. Nothing we can do in our own strength and ability. well said lovely poem. Short and to the point.
