Imperfect Love

Imperfect Love
_____________________________________

I stopped for a moment, my eyes had fallen in a trance
for him, to take a whim, it made my heart dance
So romantic, I don't think, I could explain
touching him, skin to skin, made me go insane.

I took him into my arms, and now he's mine forever
my heartbeat felt complete, and I shall leave him never
He is my one and only, soulmate from the stars
he took me and set me free, healing my past scars.

I hope you find yours, a one in million friend
for it is rare, perfect love to share, until the very end
And by perfection, it's perfect imperfection
a long road, a shared load, without any direction.

Thank you soooo much Jan, I appreciate you kind comments. I do love my husband and would totally be lost without him. Take care my dear friend, Jess :) xoxo
