Imagination of a Bored Mind

it just sat in the corner of the kitchen floor
it said dont open but you wanted more
led by the imagination of a interlectual sound
pulling back the ribbon with an expectant sigh
but the box is empty and you ask yourself why

why the hell you bothered even breathing at all
same old tale of rise and fall
a truth once lost resurfaced and failed
like a broken heart or the same impailed

time flies when your not having fun
nillions of ambitions shatered by one
one stupid moment of a madness mind
tortured and shamed with shackles and twine
