I'M Your Doctor

I can't remember
your name or your face
I don't even know
why I'm in this place
now have I been bad
or have I been good
 they call me Alzheimer's
but I don't think they should
I think my name
is Robert or Bob
but using my memory
is a hell of a job
now sit back and tell me
what was your name
and tell me once more
the reason you came !!!

 I'm your Doctor
                       Alzheimer's
