I'M Waiting For the Sunset

I'm Waiting For The Sunset

A soft breeze makes me feel alive

As I walk the weather beaten path

To the lonely hills

This isn't the life I lived before

For I am something new and something fresh

An icy glass of refreshing water

A bird hops along the ground

Its wing is broken and its eyes are empty

A shadow of glory

Finally I rest on the hill

And finally I can hear over the sound

Of my frantic heart beat

A soft breeze makes me feel alive

As I watch the sun walk the weather beaten path

To the lonely hills
