I'M Stuck, But Why

Minutes pass, Hours pass, Days pass
I sit in my chair, watching the glass
I stare at the leaves falling becoming more dead
Staying up throughout the dark, so fed
Up with this prison people call life

What's the point of waking up from a slumber
That leads to an endless number
Of reasons I can’t explain
I can't help but complain
Or refrain
But..

She looks so nice
The way her hair compliments the ice
That surrounds my core
An endless amount of this feeling…
This feeling I can’t explain
Now I can’t complain
Especially not refrain
But..

The feeling for sadness overwhelms me
I don’t understand why
The clouds above my head won't
Create a rainbow
I’m stuck.
