I'M Somebody
I’m somebody.
I just can’t go back,
To being a nobody.
God does not want,
That for me,
Or my family.
He wants us to live,
As royalty,
In His will,
To help kill ,
The distress ,
And the mess,
That the world,
Puts on us,
To pray out of,
Disgust.
I’m somebody,
And I want not,
To be selfish,
Like some people,
I know,
Who are not awakened,
To the harvest.
I want to be,
One of the laborers,
Part of the few,
Because I’m somebody,
And I want to let,
Someone else know,
That he or she,
Is somebody too.
