I'M So Thankful

I'm so thankful for the peace in my life,
It would be worse if all I had was strife.
I'm so thankful for the eyes that have been given me,
It would be worse if I didn't have eyes to see.

I'm so thankful for the teeth that I've got,
It would be worse if I had them not.
I'm so thankful for my fingers, and my toes,
It would be worse if I didn't have those.

I'm so thankful for a heart that does beat,
It would be worse if I had no hands or feet.
I'm so thankful for when things go good,
It would be worse if it didn't go like it should.
