Im Not Real

I’m not real,
Of course I think,
Of course I feel,
But something’s missing,
A vital part of me,
It keeps me faceless,
just part of the scenery,
A stage prop,
For everyone else’s life,
All my hopes,
all my strife,
For another’s sake,
Authentics, I’ll call them,
The world, theirs to take,
They look past,
And they look through , me,
Their own kind,
They wish to see,
I serve a purpose,
Their reality I help make,
As for mine,
Empty and fake
