I'M Not Perfect

It has been defined in five words: A small often hidden defect*. If every mortal minus one in the world today was perfect, it would still be contaminated by that one lone creature who might be as harmless as can be. If the truth be told, that lone one might be me; or could it possibly be you? Oh, You've heard it many times; and have you not said it a time or two? In defense of an attitude or deed, did you not say, "I'm not perfect"? In our FLAWED state, could we both be searching for secrecy behind a tree? You see, the honest truth is that we're all IMPERFECT and flawed as can be. If any should think otherwise, that one is plagued by a very severe ILLUSION. Since COVID, my bank is the only place I enter that request I lower my MASK. Oh, it's true that we are in a state of "Reset", but we shall forever be flawed. I suppose as the planet turns around the world, we all get a little bit TORN. So many of life's dams and walls have CRACKED, and some are BROKEN. There is much doubt and suspicion, and some think we are living a FACADE. It's no big surprise that we all walk on slippery slops, because we are flawed. Paul said it best, "For all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory".** 061321PSCtest, writing Prompt-Flawed, Constance La France *The Merriam-Webster Dictionary **Romans 3:23
