I'M Not Losing My Grip

I'm not losing my grip,
though it may seem so.
I dont hate the journey,
but we're on different roads.
Everything is caving in,
and there's no room to grow.
Your words are just sounds
of promises unknown.
I'm too tired to hate,
but too let down to flow.
Love gets me up high,
then let's me down low.
It's hard to move on
if the wind never blows.
And the wind never blows.
And time never slows.
I'm not losing my grip.
I'm just letting go.

Sometimes in life it is best to just let go and move on, I've been there before. Nicely penned, Tamara. John

That is a "YESSS" ending Tamara! Steady flow and really liked that close :)
