I'M Nobody

If I had dominion over yesterday
I would've love to see it once again
But I'm powerless like war armed battalion
Captured by their enemy in the war front.
If I had control over tomorrow
I would've appreciate it today more
Before I seize to exist or I may,
Lost sight of beauty before it comes.
If I had ascendancy over today,
I would've caused it to become tomorrow
And see how beautiful it's colors will look like.
perhaps, how unfortunate it's appearance will be.
To the mover of the inmover I bow
The pontiff has reserved this to Himself
The world of technology is challenged
And a world richest cannot pay.

Tyokosu Aondohemba,, Welcome to Poetry soup, I hope you enjoy the community. Here, you will find friendly poets who enjoy supporting one another. I myself, enjoy reading and commenting those who want to be read. The only time I give constructive criticism is when a poet desires it. However, if for some reason the poem is not my field I will guide you to someone who is more qualified than I. Stop by and read one of my poems if you like. My poems are not perfect, but I have a feeling you might like one. I encourage you to check out the contest page and read to receive comments. Tell me a little about your poetic skills if you like. It will be my pleasure to follow and read every poem you post from here on :) We are Lucky To Have you. Your New Poet Friend @-> LINDA <-@

Continue Thereafter, the ego that was built in developing music lyrics has transferred to poetic writing. The ideas or inspirations of the poems I ink on the pages of paper so far, I slept to wake up with them the following morning. I had just forty six of them so far. Thanks @ Linda.

Finding oneself in a new society requires adaptation to suit the culture of such society. Poetry Soup is a place I long for and I'm pleased to be called a poet of this community. My poetic thoughts emanated through several stages, beginning from church choir to music world. Although I parked the career by the side even with number of good songs composed. It was demanding of other things against my spiritual life and had no option than to quite.

@ SKAT I'm pleased to be a member of poetry soup; although, I'm not an up bringing of this class of thought. Learning to swim must be in a pool is the philosophical believe that propelled me to step in-house. I'm more at home with quantitative but still want to view the other side of the coin. I appreciate your words of encouragement. **Tyokosu**
