I'M In the Valley Below

I'm in the valley below
Feeling down and low.
Hit rock bottom, listening
For God's voice, you know?

Cried out in agony," Why,
Won't you let my life be through? "
"I am no good for anyone,
God, that includes you."

I heard God say, "I am the
Judge of that." "You were
Made in a special way, you
Have a special purpose in life."

"Until it's your time to go
I have a plan, its so simple."
"No blueprints needed. It is
Time to get out of this valley,
Pull yourself together, and move on."

I picked my feet up and left.
God was right, He had a plan
In my life. Time to get out of
The valley below, on solid ground stand.

Take one day at a time, I needed to do.
My life ahead, He had planned, too.
