Im Going In Circles

I was going really fast Trying to outrun my past That left me alone and broken I wanted to be awoken From this race that I can't win My life was in a tail spin In endless circles I would be Only getting more dizzy From the loops I have been turning My heart hurt and really burning For someone to stop this cycle I've been twirling for a while A hand to reach in and grab me From a life of lunacy A future brighter than I've known No longer being alone Feeling love for the first time As I send it down the line To children I'd like to show My heartfelt love as they grow So they do not have to suffer Any of my pain and torture
