watermelon smile
hard green skin hides your beauty
i spit out the pips

THE TROIKA (Haiku with hooves) Contest

Three lines of galloping poetic thought
similar to the Haiku as it will maintain the 5-7-5 syllable count
different in that it no juxtaposition is needed
