I'M Back
It's sad it took this long to bring me back
Heart broken, trying to get to the right track.
I've been silent for a minute,
I will admit, I found comfort elsewhere.
Little did I know that it would leave me bare.
It couldn't take away the pain,
it only suppressed it, while my faith,
was steadily being tested.
I'm too old to be acting immature
and I'm to young to think I've found a cure.
So, I'm back to pouring my heart on blank paper
and relying on my pen to be my true savior.
