I'M Alive

Living in a small city
an adequate population
Gets dark around 6:20
the thought of moving gives me elation

In a community college, why is it taking so long
I'd like it to be done
my school isn't that demanding, it's like drowning in a pond
I think it's time to have some fun 

I drink and smoke what I want
until I can't afford it
I've run out of luck
I crave while throwing a fit

I don't want another relationship
the last one threw me into a pit
it took so long to come out of it
I think I'll just sit in class for a bit
