I'M a Seed

Mmmm, I feel so snug within the earth.
My round and hard shell covers.
The sun and water will help my growth.
For the air, I’ll soon discover.
I can not wait to grow a bit
To venture out upon my own
Then some people can come and see
The seeds that they have sewn.
What will I be? I know not now.
In any case, I know I’ll grow.
I will be so proud and strong
And be the best, to be, I know.

love the title and the feel of warmth I get when I read this. Wrote a poem with the same name but it was about the garden and planting seeds. enjoyed reading and have a great day.
