Illusion of Love

Drowning in the illusion of love
fallen wings to elude from this delusional world
can't break free from this prison cell
heart says to walk in this beautiful turf
mind narrates of its treacherous curve
and of the dangers that lure this ground

rose gardens turned red by the blood of preceding ones
woods grown to devour the bravest ones
rivers that can wash away the strongest ones
hidden under the cloak of a beautiful white swan
women bare the sweet poison for all, fair they may seem
yet heart as black as the devil's own den
soul that can even burn the king of the hell

a hum says, divinity of love is at the end of the realm
walk it through with soul of the purest one
never rest in the place and rot yourself
wings will break, legs will cramp
bones may break, you may talk tough
but you will bleed rough
sit not till even lost your will
i make a deal to guide you till
you have the last ray of hope left in you still
