I’ll stop loving you,
When I stop,
Breathing.
When the heart of the
Moon and sun
Starts beating.
When the rains
No longer need
The clouds.
When the sidewalks
Are empty
Of crowds.
I’ll stop loving you
When the day
Needs no light.
When the stars
Are no more
At night.
When the blood
Seizes to run
Through my veins.
When I can
No longer
Feel the pain.
When my heart
Cannot
Go on beating.
I’ll stop loving you
When I stop
Breathing.
