I'Ll Settle For Rain!

Forget those wintry postcards,
where the streets are covered with snow;
'cause there ain't no snow in Texas,
the odds are better in Amarillo!

Christmas in good ol' Texas,
mild weather is such a pain;
there won't be snow for Christmas,
so i guess i'll pray for rain!

I like this Rhyme! As crazy as the weather is these days, don't be surprised if it snows -light snow -one day! Peace, Audrey

Hey, i'm from the Virgin Islands and we don't no snow too. Rain is what always pours. We are on the same boat. The poem is nice.

We are having the wet stuff all across the south now. Nicely done work. Keep the pen flowing. Sara
