I'Ll See You Later
Gone to prepare a
place or to meet a
heavenly face. I
won't say goodbye
and I won't tell a
lie that I won't miss
you but I know in
due time I'll see you.
Are all you angels
wearing white and
do you all glow at
night? Do you get
to kiss his face and
is it that beautiful
place we dream?
I will miss you but
always know I love
you and while these
tear runs from my
eyes I know within
my heart it will be
alright cause it's
just time for you to
enjoy your heavenly
life.
If I don't sleep I'll
be still asking why
instead of peacefully
saying bye but how
do I say bye and how
do I find the strength
to get by? It still feels
a lie but I won't say
bye, I'll say, see you
later.
