I'Ll Never Forget
You'll always have a place in my heart.
I'll never forget you.
You were like my brother, my protector,
my homie when times were hard.
I hope your spirit is free and you
can finally relax and let down your guard,
I guess I'm selfish, because I never would've let you leave.
I know you're in a better place but I can't help but be jealous.
I just wish you could've stayed a little longer but
they what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.
I love you and I hope you never forget.
You lived your life to the fullest and with little regret
No matter who I talk to or who I meet,
there will never be one like you.
You got all them suckers beat.
