I'Ll Be Alright
You said you loved me, yeah thats what you said,
Said we'll always be together, not just in bed,
Then you went away and you broke my heart,
You promised me we'd never be apart
It may be over but I feel no pain,
Got money in my pocket and drinking on my brain,
You didn't love me but I'll be alright,
With whiskey in my hand I'll be dancing all night.
My head is aching, oh what did I do?
And I think I should be honest, my heart is too.
I've tried so hard, but i think you know,
If you came back, I'd never let you go.
